Larry McKenna has performed with
some of the greatest names in jazz: Rosemary Clooney, Clark Terry, Tony
Bennett, Frank Sinatra, Mel Torme and on and on. He got his first big
break in 1959 as a member of the Woody Herman Orchestra.
Larry has
recorded 3 CD's under his own name on the Dreambox Media label. The most recent
was titled Profile, which was
released in 2009. Prior to that, he recorded It Might As Well Be Spring, in 2000, and My Shining Hour - a tribute to Harold Arlen in 1996.
